 Hello! We are so glad you found AUM! We are not accepting applications for utility assistance.  We are working through our current list. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

 At this time, we are not able to accept applications for rental assistance, as we do not currently have rental assistance funds available. We understand how stressful this may be, and we’re truly sorry we’re unable to help in this way right now. 

Applications will be processed in the order they were received.

We cannot help with Constellation, Frontier or Flagship Energy.

 *Please note we are now offering/requiring applicants to participate in certain classes like financial literacy, life skills and/or employment readiness. 

Returning clients will be required to attend 3 enrichment classes                New applicants will be required to attend 1 class.

We screen for the city of Arlington's Minor Plumbing Program. You must be a homeowner and live in the home. This program will focus exclusively on the repair of faucets, showers, toilets and other water leaks that do not occur inside walls or underground. Please complete the form below for assistance with Arlington's Minor Plumbing Program.  

  We’ve been grateful for the churches and community members who’ve helped provide sack lunches for our homeless neighbors. That support has made a big impact!

As we move forward, we will sadly be stepping away from the sack lunch program. We’re focusing on supporting families already receiving our services by providing snack bags and essential household items—simple things that can make a big difference.

These kits will be provided directly to the clients we assist. 

• Granola/Protein bars
• Individual bags of chips 
• Saltine and Ritz crackers (especially smaller sleeves) 
• Cheese and peanut butter cracker packs 
• Pop-top cans of Mini Ravioli and Spaghetti-O’s 
• Juice packs Individual 
• Gatorade 
• Bottled Water Boxed Pasta 
• Spaghetti sauce 
• Boxed Mac and Cheese Bumble Bee Snack on the Run tuna/cracker packs
